1. Who we are

We process personal data in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for couples in the EU/UK, the principles of the GDPR.
2. What we collect
When you fill in our availability form: your name, phone number, email address, wedding date, venue, the services you’re interested in and your message. For security, we also keep an irreversibly hashed (masked) version of your IP address.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your request, confirm availability and prepare a tailored proposal,
- To set up and carry out our service contract,
- To prevent spam and misuse of the form.
4. Legal basis
We process your data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
5. Sharing
We never sell your data or share it with third parties. It is stored only on the servers of our hosting and email providers, which are needed to run the service.
6. How long we keep it
Requests that don’t become a booking are kept for up to 2 years; bookings are kept for the periods required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You can ask whether we hold data about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Just write to hello@emircansivri.com — we reply within 30 days.
8. Cookies and analytics
Only if you agree, our site collects anonymous visit statistics with Google Analytics (IP anonymisation enabled). If you decline, no analytics cookies are used. Your choice is stored in your browser; to change it, simply clear your browser data for this site.
9. Photos and films
The photos and films on this site are published with the couples’ permission as portfolio work, and their copyright belongs to Emircan Sivri Wedding. They may not be copied or reused without permission. If you’d like an image removed, just let us know.
